The overrated "Terrifier" is a thriller that has a hopeful and funny beginning, with an alcoholic Don acting a fool and the clown accepting the foolishness. Up until the moment when Tara and Dawn are kidnapped, the film works reasonably well. However, as Victoria drives to give her sister and Dawn a ride, she hears that there is a serial killer in the area. But despite being aware of the dangerous situation, she begins to take a series of very silly and cliché attitudes that reach a terrifying conclusion. My vote is four.
